What Type Of Western Saddle Pad Is The Best?

I am getting a western saddle for my TB mare and I want to know what the best saddle pad would be! I am looking at The Western Legend series whichh look nice, does anyone know much about this pad and how you like it? Also are theree any othere suggestions on what saddle pad would be good?

Answer:My favorite?----A real tough one, that. So many that I like: Rio Bravo, Red River, High Noon, The Outlaw Josey Wales, Shane, Stagecoach, The Man Who Shot Liberty Valance, Silverado, Ride the High Country, The Good, The Bad, and the Ugly, Tombstone...But of 'em all, I think I love "My Darling Clementine". Hank Fonda as Wyatt Earp, Victor Mature as Doc Holliday....great scenes, great music, great action, great acting. The best? Gotta be "The Searchers". No question.

What Is The Best Time Of Year To Go Trawelling In Western Australia?

I am hoping to go trawelling in Western Australia - probably eithere Perth trawellling north, or Darwin trawelling south. Was just wondering what time of year would be best to do this - am thinking of spending 3 months doing it.

Answer:If you are trawelling from Darwin down, then June/ July is best as it is the end of the wet season. The weathere is a little cooler (not a lot) and it is not as humid. If you are trawelling North then September/October is the best as the weathere is just starting to warm up in the South and it is still not too hot in the North 3 months is about right 'cos it's a long way. Are you renting a vehicle or buying? Remember if you buy a car in Darwin you may have problems selling it in Perth at the end. If you are going the othere way then you could sell almost any old heap for at least what you paid for it down South.
