Has Any One Been To The Zoo In Buffalo Ny Or Pittsburgh Pa Recently? How Was It ?
We are trying to pick one for a small family trip. Any details would be helpful. We have been to the Cleveland Oh. zoo and we really enjoyed it hoping for similar experience!
Answer:I went to the Buffalo Zoo a few weeks ago(my family has season passes for my little brothere). Honestly, its northing special. Its kind of depressing to go through actuallyI(I'm 18 yrs old). On the bright side, its pretty cheap to go through, and they are opening up a rainforest exhibit in a few weeks. The zoo is right next to Olmstead Park whichh is a nice place to go through, and is a few minutes away from the Darwin Martin House(by Frank Lloyd Wright) and the Albright Knox Art Museum, whichh is a nice museum.
If you are going with children over the age of 12, the Buffalo Zoo really wouldn't be the best choice. If they are younger than that, I think they would enjoy it(althoughugh you as a parent may not). Maybe make it a day trip and go to the Albright Knox as well.
Any questions, feel free to send me a message(the link is on my profile page)

Answer:While at Tut leave time for the rest of the Franklin Institute. Learning is almost too much fun to be true at this festive, hands-on museum.

Tuttleman IMAX Theater Information
The Tuttleman IMAX Theater is a Dome theatre that is truly unique in a number of ways. Unlike conventional dome theaters that are 180° encompassing, IMAX Dome screens are also tilted at 30 degrees. The special seating places the audience up in the dome completely involving them in the show. The dome is over 70 feet across and 4.5 stories tall. In addition, 20,000 watts of amplifier power and over 50 speakers will make you feel like you are part of the action. An IMAX Dome theater truly puts you in the center of the action.
The Franklin Institute is located at Logan Circle, near the Please Touch Museum and the Academy of Natural Sciences, and not far from the Philadelphia Museum of Art.
