Anybody Ever Been On A Retreat Called "Catholic Engaged Encounters" ? I Would Appreciate Your Feedback! :)

My fiancee and I are thinking of going and would like to know more about it from those who have attended. Also, if anyone else knows any othere Catholic (or Christian) retreats specificically designed for engaged couples, that would be great too! Thank you!

Answer:I have attended a Catholic Engaged Encounter. It is a nice two-three day event where you and your fiancee get to spend quality time togethere. The one I went to had two couples who did presentations and then after each presentation each couple had time to write in a notebook about the presentation and then time given to share the answers with their partner. The presenters at my retreat were reading from their binder so it looked scripted so it seemed kind of fake, but it was a great weekend and you get to learn more and appreciate your future spouse! Engaged Encounter Weekend Prayer?

When we were on our Catholic Engaged Encounter Weekend, we did a prayer as a group where couples would hold their significannot otheres hands in their hands. We really enjoyed the prayer and would like to share it with otheres. I cannot find it. Does anyone know what prayer I am talking about?

If U R Catholic & Want 2 Get Married In A Catholic Church Do U Have 2 Attend Engaged Encounter Retreat?

Answer:Most Catholic churches make you go the Engaged Encounter Retreat. My husbandd and I went to one that was in our city. We went for several hours on a Friday night, all day Saturday and Sunday. It was only $150. We had to bring some snacks to share and they fed us a continental breakfast and lunch. There are some that you have to spend the night but if you find one close, you can commute. Although most priests also want to have counseling sessions with you, this does not take the place of the retreat. In our diocese, you have no choice, you have to attend.

Is It Possible To Make Money Writing Smut?

By that, I mean writing stories about people engaged in sexual encounters, being quite descriptive in the processs. I'm thinking that pornographic magazines would be potential buyers of short stories, whereas scripts might catch the attention of porn diretcors. Seeing as how I'm already a perv with an active imagaination, I'm tempted to give it a shot.
