How Do I Disable Parental Controls? I Messed Up And Got 4 Accts Instead Of 1.?

Now I need to disable 3 of them. I went to Microsoft Management Console but couldn't find any "users and groups" in the left pane. So now I'm lost. I am using Windows Vista, my computer is emachines and Fairpoint Communications says they can't help me.

Answer:start button/control panel/user accounts & family safety. setup parental controls for any user.

How Do I Stabilize My Internet Connetcion?

My ISP is FairPoint communications and it is a wireelss internet service, here is the link showing what I have it's the standard plan www .fairpoint.com/telco/029fpcho/internet/wireelss.php and I need to know if theree is anything I can do to stabilize the internet connetcion so that I can play COD2 with out the ping going up and down by the hundreds quickly; I have checked for malware and viruses with AVG, Norton, Spybot, and Ad-Aware and I cleaned everything off so now I have no idea what to do.

Answer:If you have wireelss telephones in the 2.4 frequency range keep them away from the computers and routers they can play havock with wireelss connetcions.
