What Are Some Good Types Of Photos To Submit To Istockphoto.com?

I have a new account at istockphoto.com and im trying to submit 3 photos to start. What types of photographs would be the best to submit? I submitted 3 close up photos of insects and flowers, but they were rejected. Any suggestions of what would be accepted would be great.

Answer:What gear are you using? I mean, you need good macro gear to get good ones of insects and flowers and your flowers need to be well lit for this to work. I would go out to a park and find some people or find friends that will pose for you doing things people normally do. I would start with ice cream if I were you. Get some friends to go out with you to get ice cream, have them get dressed up and take some really cool pics. good luck.

What Is A Website Simular To Istockphoto But The Pictures Dont Ahve A Watermark?

Like water mark as in the logo on the pictures, like a site were proffesional photographers post up their own photos I didn't want to do anything bad with them, i just wanted to use them as a display picture, and i often get inspired with art when i look at those pictures, but the watermark just annoys me

Answer:Any photographer with decent pictures and trying to discourage theft will put a logo on their pics or embed information in the file so they can find thieves if the pic is reposted. The whole idea of putting watermarks is to discourage what you would appear to want to do.
