Are their products any good? Does the furniture fall apart?
Answer:The rule with furniture is, you get what you pay for. Jennifer Convertibles is essentially upholstery, if I'm not mistaken. Call and ask them questions like, What are the frames made from--ply and particleboard, or solid wood? Are they double-doweled construction? Is cardboard used to stiffen outer arms? Do the legs come off (not always a bad thing)? What kind of filling is used--down, polyurethane foam, fiberfill? What kind of suspension does it have--drop in, no-sag, eight-way hand-tied? Can the cores be removed by a zipper? If you want a QUALITY piece it would be a solid oak, maple or ash frame, double-doweled; no cardboard; down or blend-down filling with a foam core (is fine); eight-way hand-tied construction; and the cores can come out. Good names to consider would be Mitchell-Gold at the lower end of that spectrum, then Henredon, Sherrill, Drexel-Heritage, Baker. There are many, many outlets in North Carolina where you can get some of these names for a fraction of what they cost elsewhere; also check ebay.

How Does Jennifer Convertibles Sleep Couches Compare To Lazy Boy In Comfort?
Answer:Different people find different couches more comfortable - some prefer a more firm level of support, and some like them softer. So there's no definite answer - my advice would be to go to some stores and try them out - most stores are more than happy for you to lie down on their beds and couches as long as you take your shoes off, so find out which is the most comfortable for you!

is JENNIFER CONVERTIBLES Furniture Any Good?
I want an opinion from someone that has owned it (or at least known someone how has).
I know it looks pretty, but I was wondering if it stands up.
Also, for $200 I know I can buy a lifetime warranty, and I was wondering how their service is--- as far as honoring said warranty?
Thanks
Answer:I don't really know the answer to your question, but I thought I would let you know, way back in the 1950s there were Castro convertibles. They had a commercial where a girl about five years old your open/close a convertible. Her name was Jennifer. She was the daughter or perhaps granddaughter of the Castro convertibles owner. Yup it is the same Jennifer, so if nothing else, the family has been in the business a long time.
