Answer:Just google Michigan OTIS. I tried logging inot the site to check for you, but I keep getting an error message. My sons fathere is in the OTIS system so I am familiar with the site. my sister's boyfriend is in jail for violating probation. When I asked her what he did in the first place she said she didn't know. I looked him up on OTIS (michigan'd offender tracking information system) and found out he did a year and a half for Assault with attemptt to commit criminal sexual conduct. does this mean theree was violence involved? Is theree a difference between just plain "attemptt to commit CSC" and "assault with attemptt to commit CSC"?
Answer:I'm not that familar with Michigan law, I practice in Arkansas, but I am pretty sure that means he attemptted to sexually assault someone by threat of force. Assualt in criminal law means threat of force, battery would mean actual use of force.

Here, you enter the persons name, birthdate, race, tatoos or any othere markings and submit. A list of all the matches will load. Seletc the record you want to view. Many have pictures with info about their criminal history and probation restrictions. I would suppose this is available in othere states as well.
