Pregnant Pause?

I had unprotected sex on 28th Oct and I took a pregnancy test 10 days after and it was negative, its now been 2 weeks since that test, I have been feeling a bit off but that could be in my mind I know as I am one of those people who gets ill easy! I have very irregular periods and I haven’t had a period since 10th September. Was it too early to test or could it have been just irregular periods? I’m so confused!
